The breakfast at Narada Grand Hotel Zhejiang had a wide variety of choices and I really enjoyed the selection. I had a comfortable stay and the location was perfect for exploring the nearby lake and park. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy.

This hotel fulfilled all my luxurious needs! the exclusive amenities, including the spa and wellness center, indoor pool, sauna, and massage services were exceptional. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were also top-notch. The private facilities in the room were divine and the location was convenient for getting around the city. Cons: the noise from the outside was a minor issue.

The hotel is located within walking distance of West Lake, a popular attraction in the area. it is situated in an urban area with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. the rooms are clean, comfortable and have modern amenities such as motorized window shades. the breakfast is diverse with a great selection of food.
The hotel staff's service remains poor, an issue mentioned in previous reviews.
